Dear Parents/Guardians,

Below is the link for the Skeena Middle School Registration form for our upcoming 2020-2021 school year. There is also a link for Course Selections for our incoming Grade 9 students.

Skeena Middle School Grade 9 Course Selection Form – 2020-2021

Please note that we require the following documents to accompany the registration:

Student Identification:

1. Birth Certificate
2. BC Care Card

Parent/Guardian Identification:

1. BC Care Card or BC Services Card and one of the following.  Please note that the address on the following documents must match the address listed on the Student’s Registration and Verification form.
2. Driver’s Licence
3. BC Utility Bill (eg: BC Hydro Bill)
4. Proof of ownership of dwelling (eg: Property Tax Notice)
5. Rental Agreement
6. Current Income Tax Return files as a BC resident

Email all the registration forms and identification documents back to Skeena Middle School at sms@cmsd.bc.ca as soon possible, as plans are already underway for the next school year.

This is the time of year that we begin to plan and prepare for the next school year. As part of this preparation, all our current Grade 8 students need to select their elective courses to prepare to be in Grade 9 in September. Please find attached the course selection information for all Grade 8 students to complete to prepare for Grade 9 in September. Please go over the elective courses with your son or daughter and send us their course selections by Wednesday, April 15, 2020.

Please email Mr. Killoran at cory.killoran@cmsd.bc.ca and use Grade 9 Course Selection 2020/2021 in the subject line with the following information:

• Student Name – First and Last
• Elective choices listed in order from first to last
